All regular participants are invited to participate in the social events.
For identification purposes, participants must wear their badges during these events.

Conference Banquet (Thursday, 28 March 2019)

The Conference Banquet will take place at a privileged location in the city of Lisbon with an exceptional view over the Tagus river: SUD Lisboa Hall, Avenida Brasília (Pav. Puente)

Participants with a colour on their badge: put it on your restaurant table when you seat down.

Bus Service

There will be a bus service from IST to SUD Lisboa Hall and then from SUD Lisboa Hall to IST.

Departure: Bus leaving IST starting at 19H10 in front of IST main gate.

Return: Bus leaving SUD Lisboa Hall starting at 22H30.

Meeting point: IST main gate (Av. Manuel da Maia).

Welcome Reception (Tuesday, 26 March 2019)

The Welcome Reception will take place at the Salão Nobre in IST. This large room hosts the official events at IST and is an example of the Soft Portuguese Architectural Style.
